CD4049, CD4069, CD40109, 74HC14, 74HC04, the 74HC versions are only up to 5v though, wheres the 4000 series is up to 20V.
i have completed with my installation with IRS3000d but i got output when i connect it thru ocsilloscope and function generator....i dont get any reponse while using line in...suggestion required....any feedback would be highly appreciated...supply voltage is +/-25 volts with no alteration in components
Check your wiring! You likely have a missing ground connection that the ground lead on your scope probe completes.

no its all right...i have checked that twice...the led on the high side lights up when there is some output..when i connect the function genrator it lights up...but otherwise no...
i placed CA3130 instead of TLO71 but no response now i replaced it with UA741 got some out put but have problem bcoz i have lot of distortion
Well DUH! The UA741 is about the worst opamp you could ever use for a switching circuit like this, its even a disgrace in linear circuits. The distortion is likely because the slow 741 is preventing the amp from oscillating fast enough, likely less than 100kHz.
Even the TL071 is a kinda bad choice, a wide bandwidth high frequency opamp like LF356 or better would be the way to go.

do u think ca3130 can do the job....instead of TLO71

Whats with all this will to substitute parts ? If all you have is slow old opamps that were designed for use in DC circuits like thermostats, then order some proper ones or even ones specified for high frequency off of digikey or such vendor.
Too many inexperienced diyers stare themselves blind at getting everything locally, and if they cant get thne parts locally, they dig up what them can get wich is just complete and utter trash, and wonder why the circuit doesent work.

i dint get sine wave output replacing the UA741 will do the job....right???????/ i also got hiccups from the amp...thought it was sick and need some sirups of cough
was facing problem of distortion on output so removed the 1n2 capacitor placed above osc res in irs3000d...it feeds the oscillating resistor...the problem was solved...is that a correct solution??????
Hi sweetperfume i made the IRS2000 and work's fine the thing's that i found was the pcb layout from TLO71 output pin going to 2N5401 base and pin 7(B+) 5.6V there must be a 10 ohms in series. I used OSC. 1K and FB100k ,OCP 150 ohms;I power it with -/+ 95v.The only challenged that i'm facing right now is the output coil cause it's hard to find here in KSA,the install coil for the mean time heat's up when the gain reaches around 35 percent.I think the only different is the PCB layout for IRS3000.
Hi Don
greetings try ETD44 core with 3mm GAP in centre works great if you cant get
round core
warm regards

ucd 2 pair
Hi Sameerx1
greetings recieved pcb files on mail looks ok make place for
ETD filter in centre no need of round core at present nice idea no 12volt supply
on pcb TIP31 NOT GOOD use 5 pin ic 3ampere supply i will check for mistakes
warm regards

got a hard response ...the amp hits so hard...but one problem with it....it gives out square wave output...what should i do?????????
😱omg what did you do that you have a square on output? what capacitor did you use at the output filter? what inductance?
output coil is 33uh and capacitor is 0.47uf....feelinng too sick about the response😱😱omg what did you do that you have a square on output? what capacitor did you use at the output filter? what inductance?

can u tell me exactly hw to place the 10ohm resistor in series
- Home
- Amplifiers
- Class D
- UCD 25 watts to 1200 watts using 2 mosfets
