Sorry for the late reply, but I did not find this thread in time. I thought it is in the Tube forum....
I would suggest you to use a simple transformer coupled Triode voltage stage with 6N6P tube!

How much is the rail voltage of the tube sewa pre ?

The power transformer's sec. is ca. 140-150Vac and after filtering you should get ca. 180Vdc
