I managed to find a custom made transformer guru here so will proceed with the build. He have not tell me which type of trans (EI or toridal)- but does is really makes the difference? Before that, I would like to confirm with you:
120v 150v 0 120v 150v @ 0.1A
9v 0 @ 2A
Since this trans will build with spare 120v and 150v for shunt and valve rectifier, is it possible to add in a 5v into the trans for the rectifier filament? If yes, how many A should rate? I am keen to use 5u4g because left quite a bit in my home town when toying with Dynaco 70.

That´s a good idea to add some taps for the rectifier filament
If you use the following: 0 - 4V - 5V - 6,3V @ 4A
you could use all rectifiers e.g. the European AZ1 (4V), all 5V types to the small 6X4 (6,3V) types.

I received suggestion from friends that most people prefer R core trans or toridol to EI when building dac. If using EI trans they recommended to consider saparate the trans to other chasis if using EI. Does it really matters here? It seems my local custom make guy can only build EI type.
Or should I think of using bigger chasis since Audio note also use EI trans in most of their dac?

That's a question i couldn't answer. I am not a transformer specialist.
My own transformer is build on a double C-Core and the Italian transformer specialist Bartolucci build all his High-End mains transformer on this core.
However, you are right with Audio Note and their EI core mains transformer.
An EI transformer is preferable in my opinion. Because they couple less rubbish from the mains to the secondaries. BUT they do have a larger magnetic stray field. But that might not have to be a problem. Depending on the distance from your circuit.Does it really matters here?

here ( http://tubecad.com/Product_PDFs/PS-3.pdf ) is link to user manual of PSU by Glassware (John Broskie) - you can find very simple and easy explanation about differences of toroid and EI power supply transformers as well as rectifying circuits.
Generally speaking, EI has serious advantages vs toroid - mainly because of better RFI suppresion, secondary - due to less sensitivity for DC part in main supply network. Most serious disadvantage of EI is radiated magnetic fields.
So to use toroid you need use some means against RFI too (suppressing circuits, chokes, active suppression as Aikido stage by John Broskie, etc) and saturating DC (DC blokker or isolating transformer, proper rectifier circuit, etc), and this becomes reasonable only if you have not enough space to place EI transformer (it is higher than same power toroid) and mantain necessary distance to other components of device (magnetic fields).

It is not really an issue. Because your filter should get rid of it all. It is debatable how much of that noise is really still there after a few big-*** capacitors.Would the coupling of higher frequency components in the signal when using a torroid transformer also be an issue for the digital supply?
However. It is an issue for me personally. Because things that are not there need not to be taken care of.

I think there is a miss out of the voltage adjust for the Shunt Regulator in the part list. Should it be the same use in the power supply?
Some brands of resistors don't have 200R. What value should i replace?
I noticed some of you solder a metal round thing to hold the resistors lead. What does it call and where can I buy it?

In the BOM you find the 200R trimmers
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
I use cable end sleeves from WBT to get some space between the pcb and the "hot" resistors.
Unfortunately i don´t have an international source.

you don't have to buy cable end sleeves. sure they look nice but just bending the leads of the resistors and soldering it higher off the pcb work just as well.

I am looking for the transformer. A local dealer can mount the transformer me and told me that he builds with grain-oriented sheet. says it's better than the C-CORE.
Is it recommended to the transformer?
He's most probably talking about an El (laminated) core transformer. For tube purposes it is a bit better since there will be less "crap" passing through it but it does have a much wider EMI field which you'll need to isolate if it gives you issues. Just metal/mu-metal shielding is good.
If your filtering is well done, you should not be too worried about it
