Let’s start an assembled board interest list then. Note that BOM cost plus board cost plus assembly cost will make this not an inexpensive built amp. Just a warning that prices, depending on level of interest, might be around $200 to $250 range. Shipping will be USPS first class package tracked and insured. Typically $25 for everywhere outside US, $18CAN, about $8 CONUS.

Fully built TPA3255 Reference Class D amp GB interest list:

No problem. I understand - which is why I never offered it but seems people are interested. There are substantial differences between this board and the TI board. Large high current CoilCraft inductors, post filter feedback (PFFB), layout with short traces from Vdd to supply pins, 2oz copper traces, 2mm thick FRP board, rugged connectors.

This is with 120VAC wall plug powering an 800w (48vdc adjusted to 50v) SMPS (Aliexpress $44 LED PSU), also 20w into 3.3ohm load:

I would say count on $200ea minimum. The BOM alone is $135. PCB manufacturing cost, NRE cost for automated assembly and per board assembly cost. The only way the cost is low is if we make 5000 of them :D

This amp is not about low cost. It can’t compete with $55 AliExpress eBay amps, or even the $75 3e amp.

So don’t look at it as saving money. DIY is about getting a unique and awesome performing piece of tech.

No, I understand, but everyone has their limits :)
