Toshiba 2SK170BL for sales

What do you think? 6.8mA ok as it is, or are adjustments necessary?
 
Lucas, if the Idss of K170 is 4mA, how can there be 5mA flowing down the jfet path??

I think the jfets Idss should be at about 6mA as there is a 10R source resistor to give you about -0.05V bias (or -1mA less from Idss).

In conclusion, there is an error on the Idss specification in the circuit. On the other hand, I do not see a big issue to use 6.8mA jfets as the source resistor can be increase to get 5mA current flow at the jfets.
