Well, it seems it's happened again. I received the following email from paypal.

This payment was returned for the following reason(s):
skcheunq68 hotmail com did not sign up for a PayPal account or did not complete the registration process.

That is weird indeed. But, they didn't charge you and Spencer still has the fets available, so order/pay again and everything is fine 🙂 And with a bit of luck you will still have them in house before Christmas.

Hi, I finished matching the JFETs. Out of a 100 2SK170BL I ended up with 26 unmatched JFETS and 37 pairs, many identical and the rest within +/- 0.02mA.

The first histogram shows the abundance with bins 0.04mA wide.
The second histogram shows the same with bins 0.01mA wide.
