Here, my inspire in attachment. The gain will be change, needed also an switch buffer/gain stage for input.
About SIT5 topo , I was surprised when see duo cap output , i would keep this lane :> hear it on my SLOB Baffle

I was looking at the pictures of the SIT-5 on sixmoons.com and noticed two 1 Ohm resistors next to the output mosfet, and four resistors that were out of focus next to the THF-51S. I made the assumption that the 1 Ohm resistors were series connected to the mosfet output at the mosfet source. I also assumed that the four resistors were connected between the SIT and mosfet sources and that they were 0.2 Ohm each.
I ran an LTSpice simulation with these values and the AC current at the output capacitors, C4 and C7, showed 414mA peak and 102mA peak respectively. Total AC current was 516mA, with 80% through C4 and 20% through C7.

Hi Ben, have a closer look at the video review of the audiophiliac Steve and you will see the real value of the four 3W near the SIT.....
:--))
and the two 1R seem to be combined more in parallel with the third 5600uF cap to give an RC filter for the OS.

I have seen them on the video. Unfortunately the green power resistors are not in focus. The blue 2.2k resistors might be for the front end DC voltage - just a guess.
