Here are the gain modules, Line and MM RIAA (have the relays). For low output MC carts there was the M1 module. This one'
s voltage reads as 0, +20v regulated.

That 400a needs a lot of R&R - send it on a boat to me🙂

hehe BUMP!

Boy, been a while since i thought about this stuff....

It looks like this thread morphed mostly into a PSU discussion - with few impressions of the actual original style NS-10 clone as designed here.

I'm looking for a 'lightweight' discrete linestage to integrate into a project, and this PASS pre looks ideal. I like the RIAA option as well!

If you actually built this as re-designed here....

How did it all work out? Any odd issues? Sound? (loaded question there 🙂 )

Thanks all!

Apass - YGM, in a minute.

I doubt the NS10 is lost in history 🙄

No matter - for me it's in my future :smash:

Regarding the 47uf cap at the output...

Seems to me this can be a 10 or 20uf film cap with no ill effect (?).

Please correct me if I'm wrong (likely 😉 )

Hello. I am thinking of building 2 channels of the basic version of NS-10 with regulated 30V Power supply and my question is should i use seperate psu for each channel or a single psu for both channels?will this have any impact on sound or crosstalk?
