The value is too low. It may show something but it would be better to have something higher in value. The ideal caps will have a marking of 103 to 104.
Physical size isn't an indicator of value. Capacitors with higher voltage ratings will be larger.

So probably should go to the shop and get a proper cap that we know is correct? Not risk that first smaller one? Because I highly doubt my local shop will sell them that small. Will it damage the drive chips or just not read right?
Yes from what I gathered u were just explaining size has no effect on what I need. but I can't read that cap. All I know is it's larger (the red one) if I can't read it it's risky is it not?

That's the drive waves now bank that's fine vs bank that was fryed. This is with the cap across GS. So I would think the driver is ok... The gate resistors took a hit but still read ok and same wave both sides of the gate resistors .
So now my thinking is change gate resistors and install new fets... Drive should then be perfect?
