I was thinking pecan wood cover 🙂
Yes, that see through lexan would look cool. Acrylic might be easier to work.

Good idea, I can show off the pcb with a million VIA holes.
Lucky me i got the first batch of the Yarra pcb.

X you could go with pecan for the sides....
I was thinking something like that for my HPA build.

My Yarra has been topless since birth,
I have to look inside every time I pass by it 😀
I'm the same with my Bi Mesmerize, all those LEDs Oooh. 😀
are the pins on the trimpot inline or offset, I'm trying to put together a BOM on Mouser.
Found everything except the pot.

Hi X,
Am I missing something here as all of the other Yarra pre amp daughter boards (BA18, Melbourne and PCA) have 5 mounting holes to line up with the 5 screws on the Yarra mother card - but the Korg 6P1 DB has only 4 mounting holes as pictured. So how does it attach to the Yarra mother board?

That’s the negative supply voltage hole that’s not needed. JPS64 needed more board real estate, so the hole was omitted. It will still be sturdy enough for mounting. That particular standoff needs to be a female screw thread - or removed all together.
Thanks X, now I just need to make sure the Yarra mother card is fitted with female threaded standoffs for the mounting of any of the daughter boards.
The Yarra pre amp is my next project in line to do.
While I am here, I may as well ask for the design of the Yarra preamp, do you know what length (height) the pcb standoffs should be, I don't think it matters as the daughter boards are not lining up with any other holes.

The boards are in! Does anyone have the shopping cart at Mouser etc. all worked out yet?
Post #846, check it first though, it is my first attempt at a bom

GB Status Update:
I just shipped out 7 packages for the Yarra Korg 6P1 preamp PCBs today. Some of you whom ordered it combined with the RTR SSR Protection circuit GB, both will ship together when the SSR units arrive. Those are taking so long to get built - now we know those lead time quotes might be misleading. We were told 3 weeks and it has been over 2 months. Thanks for all your patience.
