So far the updated spec-sheet only shows enhanced rail voltages beyond ±71VDC for the EF3-5. Is there any chance this will do for an EF3-4 V5 if components are selected correctly?

Looking at the data sheets, the MJL21193/4 appears to have double the 100v SOA of the MJL4281/4302 pair.High chance of being fakes with many of the MT200's. Unless maybe buy from a brick and mortar store in Japan that can show you some parts tracing.
FWIW Those transistors aren't on the BOM list for the amp. (Thats not to say they wont work, they just aren't tested or proven)
The biggest, baddest output that is still readily available is the MJL4281/4302 combo.
They are slower however and not as linear with increasing current drain.
Overall a more durable output stage though?
You are right, but I was referring to just the wolverine. MJL21193/4 is not suitable at 4mhz, all wolverine outputs ~30mhz
One thing to note is the Thermal Resistance, Junction−to−Case is significantly worse for MJL21193/4 @ 0.7°C/W as compared to 0.54°C/W for the MJL4281/4302.Looking at the data sheets, the MJL21193/4 appears to have double the 100v SOA of the MJL4281/4302 pair.

Also the absolute power handling of the MJL21193/4 is 30W less than the MJL4281/4302.
I would recommend to use the MJL4281/4302.

The capacitors on the input are high quality polypropylene.Too bad you can't use high quality PP capacitors at the input....
For 15mm pitch they are only in average quality both on mouser and digikey 😡 My faforite are from KEMET type PHE (Polypropylene film capacitor with vacuum evaporated aluminum electrodes)
...for this reason I would like to buy version 4 and more
Friends, I'm getting out of this GB. Finally I decided for another amplifier from @astx, on the input 170gr on the output exicons lateral mosfets. I think this combination will suit me better in conjunction with the split preamplifier DCG3 + UltraBiB.
But anyway I wish the rest of you a lot of fun when building the Wolverine amplifier. 😍

I am wondering, will 4U Dissipante be sufficient for EF3-5 @ 64V (maybe 71V, undecided yet) build, or 5U chassis is mandatory in this case? The reason is a bit cheesy: my current amp is 4U, and fits perfectly into my listening setup.
Or maybe a concern that I am just a beginner should actually outweigh all other and pull me down to the EF3-4 version? (which, as far as I got it right, will be totally ok to mount into the 4U chassis).
Any advice will be much appreciated!

The auxiliary heatsink kits have a separate column to select accordingly, you may have to open the column width or height to see as excel scaling differs from one computer to the next.
