whatever
set Iq with THD measurement
Something simpler?
Oh, and you see that so runted small heat sink!

See the schematic and parts list:
Now there is about 0,005V across emitter resistors.
VSS and VCC at about 77VDC now.
But I can set it to what I want because of that Schuntermann.

I found the first real casualty of the flood. It turns out the large Advent cabinets have a split on the corner and that's too bad because the new woofers are on the way.
ouch!
😱
It is not so urgent.
Collecting dust six years long only.
Anyway it is a very nice sounding thing, as is.

Well, it is actually 0.01V across 0.47 Ohm emitter resistors, that given PS voltages.
as memory (faint, it is) serves me , it is figure intended in Leach papers
you can double it , greening at postman while you're looking at electricity bill .... and still not hearing any difference
not that I'm personally capable to construct such an amplifier , but big hog stays big hog , worthy up to 150Hz
sell it good and buy a pair of good plate amps
then spend greenies difference on wine and vinyl

(moi repaired substantial number of PA amps ; most impressive ones were 100V output , 4 pairs of EL34 , with approx. 700V on anodes ; man , C class rules , and big hog ones are sissies , comparing .........

No I'm not on Vacation, this is a jobsite. 🙂
Nice - where is it?
