The output devices are on a layer of AL2O3, the board is mounted straight to the thicky front panel, that's why there are so many screws holding the board.
On the inside, there are heatsinks bolted to the front panel on both sides of the output stage board.
Just an example, vdHull thinks it's a 60W/ch power amp.
A Toshiba 2SA1244/2SC3074 pair come in a TO252 Dpak and do 20W.
