I know it's hard to choose, not a big fan of chocolate but would add key lime. Growing up near Montmorency cherry country, this has hold a special place. My father had a close engineer friend that patented a picking/pitting machine and retired to Michigan to farm them.
We're off camping, but have made some fancied up ramen, veggie medley over gnocchi, and decent breakfast eggs. Of course pbjs rounded out the meals

Our choc pie is EtOH free as the grandkids devour it. I can see how a couple tbsp of Meyers rum would benefit it!

As I will retire in two weeks and ALL guys are working next week I planned to bake a goodbye-and-thanks-for everything-cake.
I would like to go at a cheesecake with strawberries but wonder if a layer of cheese with lime would enhance the cake.
When I say cheesecake, I also could consider making a strawberry mousse.

We had such a cake on Marathon island a few years ago when celecrating my wife's birthday.
I guess the fresh falvours from the lime could balance the sweetness of the strawberries.

that should be outlawed - be sure to stand up-wind, and avoid using the same mens' room for at least a week following.
