Never too old to learn.
I could show you some Czech and Polish names you would never get.
Ok.....well, not exactly something I’d add to the ‘must have’ list
Defiantly not repulsive as it sounded on paper.....I think rye bread would lend itself better than the whole wheat I used.

No changing my mind now, sandwich is made and in the fridge. It really is one sandwich that needs to be cold.
Light rye
Nut butter: dry roasted, pepitas, chia seeds, olive oil
Fermented mini English cakes with salt and chilli flakes (no garlic or dill)
Glad you did it Bob.

I’ll give it a shot cold on rye another time.......might be good for lunch on a hot summer day.
Because of the softness of the flesh and skin they are ready in but a few days.

That's smoked pork loin and smoked beef brisket (from Mr. Mish up the street), regular yellow mustard plus Kozlik's "Triple Crunch" mustard, Balderson 3-year-old Cheddar, some Polish sauerkraut, and Rosemont light rye.
Triple Crunch contains 3 kinds of whole mustard seeds, distilled vinegar, water, honey, whisky, garlic, sea salt, and allspice.
The pickle is a nice country-style Polski Ogorki, with things like garlic and horseradish in the brine.
Now, if you will excuse me, I need to sit very still for a while.

Yep, not repulsive. Actually quite pleasant.
Mine was on toasted whole wheat, buttered, with Kirkland natural PB (just peanuts) and sliced baby dills.
I will probably actually eat that again. Thanks Cal!

😀 Now I understand. Here I was thinking you, of all people, didn't know about mini English cukes?
Auto-correct is my worst enema.

Now that that's settled lets talk about Elvis' favorite, it has bacon so you can't complain. 🙂

Skippy smooth and over ripe banana on wonder bread, yummy. Bob I don't think I have ever eaten a Whopper, when we had 4 kids Micky D's, etc. was just in the cards when we traveled but I converted to having the fish alternative exclusively not that it was great or anything.
