Scoop out the caps
Add shrimp
Then seasoned avocado (lime, chilies, salt)
Add the end of the stem
Scallions, oregano and black pepper
Bake 15 mins at 400F

Boil lobster in dried chilies and coarse salt

Simmer two hours in:
water
vinegar
dill
salt
garlic
chilies
sugar
pickling spice

cool, slice thin and use like a deli meat

cold smoked Coho
no fat cottage cheese
green onion
milk
seasoned salt

mash together, put on cornbread
bake 20 minutes
broil 3 mins
