OMG the gout is chasing me around the room. I have gone for three dog walks already and am about to take another just to keep it at bay. We sampled 22 beers yesterday and by golly, everyone was good...
...as best I can remember. I had fun driving too. The new auto-pilot in the car made it a whole lot easier.

Tough medicine but a cup of cider vinegar half and half with water does the trick, folk medicine that works.
That's it, no more clams for you, only yogur.
(don't call us, please contact SY for details on how to proceed)
Don't remind me a weekend of pork, lobster, and schnapps with my German friends and I couldn't walk on Monday. The cider vinegar does work.

Can't hurt, but that is also Ayurvedic folk medicine. I admit I don't indulge in gouty behavior anymore, but twice it worked in less than an hour (I admit my bitter constitution got a full cup down at once). BTW the turmeric needs a little piperine or much of it is not assimilated take some every day.

Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of curcumin. - PubMed - NCBI
(there was an article of a recent study on it in one of the g/f's 'most popular' medicine mags)
Right
2 fluid ounces ? You have to do a lot better than that.
10 fl oz of the Bilimbi stuff lasts me two days, it's a bit like strawberry jam.
(I'm so hot inside and out, I'll even fry the old geezer down below, any time)

I find the biggest advantage of Ayurvedic medicine is it stops the inlaws moaning at me. Father in law is FRCS, mother in law believes with a passion in Ayurvedic medicine. Go figure.
