I had power going in, I will remount to heat sink and check again. Will then remove and reflow joints I guess. Am I thinking correctly?
Possibly stupid question, but did it light before the problem? If yes, then you are not getting power to the circuit.
Now the channel is working, but not led. I must have a dicey connection. I get -23 going into led.
6L6, thanks for the guidance, the F6 is back in service. The power ground at the amp board was the problem. The LED was dead also, replaced... BACKWARDS, doh! Also rerouted front panel power button led to Mark Johnson's H9KPXG power button relay / soft start.
I have one of these kits that's been sitting on my shelf for about 2 years and I'm looking to start the process of building this amplifier at some point this year.
Would this amp be a decent fit to run some smaller Martin Logan electrostatic panels? I have a pair of Aerius I's in my room that I'd love to pair this with.

There's always a lot of, "it depends", when asking about speaker and amp combinations, which almost always hinges on your listening habits more than any other single factor, but looking at the specs and measurements of the Aerius, I think it's going to be fine.
F6 is a wonderful amp, you are going to love it.
🙂 🙂

@6L6 yeah I know, it's a borderline stupid question, the ESL panels are small and even at the loudest levels I've never seen anything beyond 87db.
I have all the parts so I'm going to build it regardless, I agree that it will most likely be fine. I've only ever had issues with smaller class D amps and everything else seems to perform fine.
