Re: Case and Heatsink Suppliers
Consider www.conradheatsinks.com, model MF35-151.
They operate perfectly for an Aleph30. You cannot beat the price and the shipping costs by Ausie post are terrific. Shipping to California was only $15USD for 4 of them!
Here's my Aleph30 with these heatsinks:

Are you guys ready for Zv9 layout? 😉
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
I'm working on a layout with another forum member, Veteran. It's getting even better, and coming up with a sindle sided layout does not seem to be a problem. PDF files will be released, so anybody can try fabricating the board diy style. 😉
Matching output devices
can anyone post a "quick" guide on how to match output devices and what equipment is needed?
cheers

unless i'm having vision trouble, the layout in that thread and the latest in this thread from veteran are not the same.

The one linked to Veteran post is the latest and current layout. The one I posted here, was only an initial attempt, which later was developed into even simpler, single layer design.
If I interpret the schematic correctly, i can cascade additional output pairs for increased power delivery? has Anyone tried this and what results have they had?
Ok I need some help. I have my boards setup the way Peter shows on page 25. I have read his comments on grounding on page 14. I have none of the jumpers installed. First my ps is +/- 31vdc under load. I am not sure if this is my problem or not. When I start it up I get +31vdc on R14, -31vdc on R39 and +30vdc on R27. I have no idea how I managed that. Any ideas would be a big help.
