Looks about right.

powerflux, those fets are not really any better than a IRFP450, almost 4nF gate capacitance is HUGE!

depends on what you're using it for. can't see the IRFP450 surviving in my application..

but my suggestion was bases on a misunderstanding. please ignore 😀

For +/-70V use FDP075N15A_F102 MOSFET it will give more Power and low THD🙂🙂🙂

Except the rails in my BIG class d are 83-85 volts, would stress those FDB75N15's too much.

it depends, dead-time what you given if it is Zero MOSFET will not survive otherwise OK
