Beautiful work. I built some similar Arai horns some years back out of MDF and they didn't look anywhere near as good as yours.
I think the throat is the design killer for these style horns; weird constrictions/expansions and shapes screw with the wavefront too much for hifi. I've since moved on to round traxes and OS designs with better (insert disclaimers here) sonics.

But the problem is that it's not really a horn or system equal to the beauty of the wood itself, imho.
Think I'd want a different horn myself...
But I suspect there will be buyers for it as a product, if you can make it/them in any sort of reasonable amount of labor time, otherwise it is too expensive!
