I used for finish the enclosures a kind of moquette. There are bass reflex type.The woofer is a russian AMFITON 75w/4ohm,the tweeter is an AVD-505, super dome tweeter pure titanium diaphragm 200w/8ohm and the mid is from Poland, 60w/ohm.

can anyone recomend some speakers with a high sensitivity. Something with a high SPL (1W/1m)..and with a 8" size?
and it has to be some, that you can buy in Denmark or maybe order it home

Wavebourn-what a tower! What kind of speakers are these? Looks similar with the widebands using in TV´s. Any measurement available?

Mains using hi-Vi drivers
This is my latest, main speakers, open baffle usipng 12 4 inch bass drivers (4 out of phase in the back) crossed at 1200 hz, 4 3 inch mids crossed at 1300hz and no x-over for the highs (to about 9000hz) and 12 tweeters crossed at 6000hz.
the sound is out of this world. High efficency 96db/watt.
Mid is clear and soudstage is really wide.
One drawback is a narrow sweet spot.
For now finishing paint is not up to standards, this is my next step.
I"m driving these with a YBA 2 HC amp (70 wpc) and the dynamics are stunning.
The subs are also DIY, these are driven by a Crown K-1 amp.

Looks like fun... a lot of fun, actually.
Have you experimented with the addition of screens on the sides of the enclosure? Every inch of screen add that much more bass.
What's your impression of those mid drivers? What model are they?
