Hi,

Only now it is worse.
No U.S. politician has ever convinced me of the right reason to go to war.

The only acceptable reason to me is self defense,which is to say that they're going about it the wrong way.
Iracq is being abused as a scapegoat for the terrorist attacks against the US, haven't they got the intelligence to figure out where it really originated?

Terrorism and religious fanaticism should be addressed.
By attacking Iracq for the wrong reasons, it is only going to fuel terrorism against the US.

Short sighted politicans indeed,😉

Whats the same is the massive usage of media for propaganda. They "produce" "truth". If you say often enough in TV (Radio), newspapers etc. Osama/Saddam is the one who killed 3000 in NY it becomes as good as true. If you say often enough the jews/polish are fault of germany is a poor country with to less land - it becomes as good as true. If you say All will change if you make war against Iraq / Russia - all will belive you must go to war because its a goos thing to go. If you say saddam gave order to fly the planes in WTC and this is reason for war - just say it very often, send you Gestapo / CIA/FBI whatsever against the people who say the opposite - you just made a proofen link. If you say the polonians startet shooting (it was not true but they told over radio ´39) at the border - you have a reason to start WW2. ...

I'm still not convinced that there is anything to disarm. And if there is, I cannot see how it poses a threat to any US citizens, property or way of life.

The only player in the region that might have cause for concern would possibly be Israel. But why would the Americans want to go into bat for Israel?😉

This is terrorism:

After September 11, the government rounded up some 800 non-citizen suspects and held them for months without notifying anybody of their capture. Almost a year later, a judge ruled that the names had to be released. The governement appealed, and a judge reversed the decision. I don't know if the names have been released yet.

whoa.

i`m so far to the left that many americans couldn`t see me even with peripheral vision, but...

george bush is not comparable to hilter. saying that just demonstrates a lack of perspective and a sense of history. it`s in the same bush league as comparing saddam hussien to hitler.
