DC protector for B500
Mr. mile DC surge protector is whether it can be used for the B500?
Regard 🙂

Question Apex,
1. Can i use use two (2) Pc's Electrolytic Capacitor with the value of 27,000μF /100v
each to your PSU Reference #142?

Why do you think 4x10000uF/100V per channel is to small?
Question Apex.
Can I use two (2) pieces of Electrolytic Capacitor with the value of 27,000μF /100v each to your PSU Diagram reference #142 for SR200? if I able to use this 2 Capacitor, will you please help and send me the revised diagram. Sorry for my bad english

Yes Speaker Terminal can be used for B500.

You can use two caps 27,000uF/100V for unregulated PSU. Caps 10,000uF/100V on regulated PSU is not conected in paralell

Thank you very Much Apex 🙂
May i request the parts list for HV23 and procedure on how to set the vias using Analog or Digital Multi Tester. this is my email john_walz88@yahoo.com once again, thank you very much Apex for your time and effort.

Set 50mV on 0R47/5W resistors, it's 100mA bias current. If you have large heatsink set 100mV (bias 200mA).
Regards
Wouldn't that be a bit too much? If there is 100mA at one resistor that would be almost/about 400mA in total and at 150V from + to - ...a lot of dissipation,or you ment to say 100-200mA in total for all? Sorry for my complicating relatively simple answer...
GREAT!
GREAT!
slow progress and messy but surely will finish this one 🙂

Set 15mA on 0R47/5W for 30mA per mosfet (120mA total) 😱

Looks like 'The Very Best Amplifier I Have Ever Heard!!!!' 🙂
Don't forget 'Speaker Terminals' with Zobel network and DC protect.

Nice Work!!!, where did you get your heat sink and Torroids in Dubai??? Also i notice something special on your PCB etching process really nice and i like it, can you share your etching methode??? sorry to ask bro but i like it...
Please send it on my mail wiljj78@yahoo.com.
Many thanks in advance.

hi junie,
marvellous job i like it.fantastic
Working on the Back Panel
Thanks Borina, Mile and Masood.
Willy, PCB making I followed the guide from here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tWnfnt2rNO0, the materials are available in DUBAI from Popular Electronics.
Pile-up office works makes my project slow but i have 4 days off and today I managed to finish the back Panel.
Thanks Borina, Mile and Masood.

Hi Junie, 🙂
what a great job.
Where do you find the black heatsink, don't tell me that also DIY heatsink 😀
That make me jealous 🙄
I want to know 10k resistor that you use, is that hot?
I measure high voltage on it, also 22nF cap as well
Regards

Hello John, Thanks.
The heatsink also is DIY 🙂 you know this part of the world we lived you need to be resourceful to make things great, it turn out good anyways 🙂
The 10K resistor? Are you talking about the LC and RC network?
The RC network I got the issue (it's HOT!!) before but after added the missing cap it's stable now.
