Just got two payment requests from Jean-Paul one after the other with slightly different amounts. Payed after the first request before the second arrived... So what should I do now with the second payment request?

Hi as you can see I am not too clever with administrative tasks.... Please use the invoice with the highest amount. I forgot to include the Paypal fee. Also some double orders were made which seems erroneous to me. I have sent an email to those that made more than one order. It is a pain to calculate shipping costs, I hope I did it right. I had to add a few Euro for boxes, packaging material etc. It is obvious this is my first GB on the "other side". Normally I do technical stuff and IMHO I better keep it that way 😉

Busy busy.... but the boards have been produced and Subbu sent them to me for the non US/Canada buyers. I hope they will arrive without customs hassle. Then the task of sending them out.
I think it will be wise to send a link with schematic and BOM so parts can be bought. Will discuss this with Subbu. Please don't ask for a build manual...

Yes a BOM and schematic would be good. Thanks J-P and Subbu, two boards got shipped to my son in Austin, once I get more info I can plan the build, and get a mule to bring it to India 😀

I have made a Google spreadsheet so that we can mark that we have paid and/or received the shipment from Jean Paul/Subbu. If we use the spreadsheet, Jean Paul and Subbu can see who has gotten their parts without us having to fill up the thread with "Got it" posts.
