It works fine for me. Great software. But it would be really great to have the possibility to display a reference curve.
one of these days I'll install it on Ubuntu and try it
edit...
I also see that it is designed in Java and if the boss doesn't get angry, I might even check the project and maybe add the curve you are talking about. Let's see..

downloading files does not depend on the OS or browser.
use the original links, from the official site., as suggested by @AllenB

Yes , sure. Have 2pairs of12” old school speakers, 2are “full rangers” with wizzer cones and two are alnicos coaxial ones with hidden paper tweeters behind the dust cup
Both aluminum frame a la “Altec”
I’ve been struggling to get T/S parameters . When I do I’ll post results
My goal is to give them a nice cabinet so.. let’s see
Maybe to test new software on this projects is not a good idea but I’ll go anyways!
Thanks for your help!
Cheers!

I recently installed REW on my Ubuntu system and found that SpeakerSim will run with the java binaries in the ~/REW/jre/bin folder. I copied SpeakerSim.jar to that folder, then opened a terminal and navigated to that directory. Then I entered "./java -jar SpeakerSim.jar". A few moments later the main SpeakerSim window opened. I fooled around with changing a few parameters, like the driver Vas and didn't run into any obvious problems.
No error messages were sent to the terminal so the java binaries included with the REW package appear to be fully compatible with SpeakerSim.
So folks who already have REW on their computer may not need to download anything more than SpeakerSim.jar.
