I read somewhere that he prefers Premier Cru Classé Bordeaux. A bottle or two of Ch. Haut Brion or Ch. Margaux would serve as a nice "Thank You," but I doubt he will accept. 😀

France is country of vine and today we go in direction of biodynamic agriculture who respect the mother earth.
All pure fruits without any chemicals used in the production process.
This is made by small scale independent vignerons.
Well know Bordeaux or prestige castels are good but is vine marketing & commercial world.
You can find sublime products at resonable price not know on international exportation.
Drink moderate red " ballon " and eat nice food are great for healt at evening after long work day not doubt from time to time.
Sadly i remember the day i want to shipp big bootles box to Papa land at postal office and man show me
in postal laws book USA prohibited shipping this kind of marchandise from France made by "every day people ".
Only official french vine companys can do it by USA agency.
He say me too after x ray scan they stay on country border line.
Do folks in Australia or other countries have possibility ?
Any good experience in shipping vine to USA ?
Sorry for little off topics 😉

Same thing happened to me a few years ago when I tried to send wine to Papa from Australia.
In the end I had to buy Australian wine from an online US store and have it sent to Papa that way.
They did have a good selection of Australian wine but not what I originally had purchased to send to Papa.
I'm sure he still enjoyed the gift.
after V-fet ...

😉
Hope we be

with excellent V-fet amplifier sound magic haha 😀
Mineral water & high fidelity
let's try zen meditations in audio nirvana

Well, maybe skilled meditators will get by with just bubbly H2O.
I'll prefer the audio nirvana of listening to the J2 or VFET 2 while enjoying a 1998 Ch. Margaux! 😀

The U.S. Postal Service currently prohibits alcohol shipments. They are working on allowing them in the future.
For now, the safest way is to ship wine FedEx Express if you want it to arrive safely (very expensive.) Or it needs to come through a licensed importer.
Feel free to PM if you have specific questions. We now return you to the regularly scheduled program... 🙂

Cool yes that smart solution. Thanks Pico !
Probably i try again in favorable planets constellation time 😉
Wine are like hi-fi amplifiers :
10 % excellent but destinated to fortunate millionaires $$$$$$$$$$
10 % very cheap = taste like acid from battery.
70 % commercial stuff with golden stickers and less or high prices for such quality. Standard taste no surprise.
10 % independent small run productions in the spirit of Diy :
taste delicious , not synthetic chemicals inside pure wine like was made in antique world
but with few modern biodynamic grow techniques.
This last 10 % of french wine are like First Watt amplifiers equivalent

Let´s build V-fet P2 haha

I try ask in my country about that special office licensed importer if we have one and can do it.
Best regards 🙂

Ah, that's a shame. The Margaret river region over here makes some amazing wines and I had thought to send something over to the US as a general thank you for the fun I've had with Pass amps.
Cheers for letting me know Pico!

Yeah. I was pretty upset at the time.
You might be lucky that one of the Margaret River wines is exported to the US in which case you could do what I did and purchase it from the USA online and have it delivered that way.

At least pcb only will still be good, eventhough my KD33/KF33 combination wont be the same as Papa kit
