I`m joking, (a little) 🙂. In that case nothing is mind blowing either 🙂No that's a gross misinterpretation. "Mind Blown" is a popular meme in the U.S. It's like "Wow!" times 100. 🙂
I heard back from Acronman.
He has hundreds of the 2SJ28 but is out of the 2SK82.
Perhaps we should look for some comparable N channel parts.

One option is to make a single-ended SIT amplifier using a P channel follower
and biased by a constant current source.
Very easy to do.
I certainly can deliver that and so you guys should consider buying those up.
That said, I would still like to see some of these PP circuits built.

Thanks for next fascinating project Mr Pass yes this PP be built
many amateurs was aware about so matched Vfet pairs be done
, LSK matched b grade jfets are in DiyAudio store from time to time ,
genuine Toshiba and Irfp´s with dale, vishay R60 resistors 40 values kit
we can buy in one shot at Alweit AudioFet shop voici link:
4X 2SJ313 2SK2013 Original Toshiba MOSFET 2 2 | eBay
Personnaly my dream need is pcb's for Vfet Common Drain
could please be possible make small run for sell in PassDiy store ?
Single-ended CCS are welcome

Have a nice day

To bad😱

Let me be a guinea pig.
What can I do?
Some TB shops in China still has the 2SK82/SJ28 available (just talked to one shop and they have around 150 pairs).
Those who have means to buy from TB can try their luck.

????
Note that not every country can shop with TB, and many TB sellers cannot communicate with English (not sure about this one). I bought some Yamaha 2SK76/SJ26 from this shop before, and as far as I can tell they are authentic.
Maybe you or another diy-er in country could organise a group buy?

something as this ......just copy/paste (CCS from F1) exercise
there are more opportunities , of course , as other polarity mosfet CCS ,or (sort of ) ACA top half , or Aleph CCS ........ but any of them needing AP1/Papabrain combo for final polishing

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
from some reason I can't upload any pic in this moment , so I just put it in my DB folder

I bought some this morning. I am looking forward to the article. This is not the time to wait, when these are gone they will be hard to find. You do not want to be one of those that looks back and says "Darn I wish I had bought some back then". I am looking forward to the SE SIT schematic. Thanks Mr Pass.
Hmmm...
Only P-channel VFETs/SITs are available and we want push-pull design. SuSy circlotron comes to mind instantly...

Thanks for the suggestion, but organizing a group buy is too much of an undertaking for me 😱. I helped a forum member in Europe to order a stash of Tokins a while ago, and I found it quite stressful to make sure everything I sent him was good, so I can't imagine how I can handle a GB.
I have a few (4-8) pairs I might offload at cost though (got them to be able to find some matched pairs for this part 2). Those interested could send me a PM, but there won't be matched pairs available.

I really love circlotron topology! If we not enough pair of VFET, I think the circlotron is the best choice. Hope Mr Nelson will be design😛
