Cal's right. The original Ladies' Buzz Bomb was indeed the HITACHI magic wand and it was corded (AC mains power).
The original came with two accessories (shown in the attached image). Then after it became a runaway best seller and wild success, third party companies (not named Hitachi) started selling even more accessories. Amazon carries (these accessories) , to name one example among many. The accessory that reminds you of a customer frantically signaling to a busy restaurant hostess: "we need a table for TWO!!" is particularly funny
