That makes me think about an article I read about sonic weapons. It referenced a technique used to keep homeless people and panhandlers away from businesses and other places where they crash/grift. It involved playing "The Barney Song" on a loop 24/7. Many ideas have been tried to control the homeless and aggressive panhandlers, and this is the one idea that worked.

It might be worth a second look, since they have been making themselves quite at home just about everywhere now - almost every store, parking lot, and bus/train stop has a resident crazy panhandler and/or a homeless camp. If they ever set up behind my garage, they will be listening to The Barney Song over and over and over.

Having just returned from visiting The Rellies in the hilly green wilds of rural Leicestershire, UK to my beloved South Coast Town of Portsmouth, UK. Britain's own Greek Island. My Mood is, frankly, not just lightened, but high as a kite! 😀

What is not to like? I will explain...

My 2000 Guineas horse fancy, Chaldean and Frankie Dettori, comfortably won its race:

Massive 125% return on financial investment at 7/2. It could have been better, but young filly Tahiyra was not quite at her peak in the 1000 Guineas.

Maybe next time for Tahiyra. 🙂

It was all too prdictably much in the solemn Coronation of King Charles III, you know, Westminster Abbey, jewels, red coats, trumpets and all that, but the aftermath was a big Musical Windsor party for the inclusive World.

Was I alone in noticing Planet Venus in the TV Shots? Apparently so.

We cried at the beauty of blind girl "Lucy" on piano. We thought Katy Perry and Lionel Ritchie were on top form, and I knew Lionel would belt out "All Night Long" as his second number.

Finale act "Take That" were rubbish. Where was Robbie?

We agreed the bloke on the right would have looked 20 years younger with a short haircut. Instead of the ridiculous aging rocker look that is frankly, SAD!

I move with the times. Live in the present. AND SO SHOULD YOU!

(Footnote) Where was Sir Elton as the closing act? Still bitter about the Camilla versus Diana feud, IMO. 🙄

I am full of love for Cal Weldon.

Though why he lives in Frozen Canada utterly defeats me! He could be basking on the South Coast of England.

Anywhoo, yon system7 appears to have lightened his personal Mood with a significant Financial Bargain today:

I am a serene sort of person, myself. I possess the cosmetic bezel for the CD player, so no problem either. Just need to stick it on with rubber bike glue.

Got the lot for £150. Happy with that. Some question whether a fuse has blown on the Power Amp. But excellent HiFi, IMO. I can fix this. 😎

Notice the latest Harry Styles disk up top. "As it was". Of course Taylor Swift appears to have run off with The 1975's lead singer Matt Healy.

A mere smokescreen, IMO. Would Taylor have written a sing called "Dear Stephen" if she wasn't thinking about ME!

Well, I can Dream. 😀
