One of our local grocery chains marks pi day with pies for $3.14.
But it's March in Vermont, alternately snowing and raining, so with soggy snow on branches and lines
the power keeps failing, so no trip to town for me.

The oven works w/o power, once the pilot is going, so maybe I'll break down and make my own.

Yes Naresh, we have fueled heating, but it requires a generator to run burner, blower, etc.
I only pull it out when it's really cold, or we run low on bottled oxygen for Linda, then I can power the concentrator.

A propane generator, or one with gasoline / propane selection, might come in handy in a medical situation.

I once asked a relative (now US citizen) about Bush and Gary Hart (before the elections).
His opinion was that both were morons...did not matter who won.
So we have been run by less than suitable people, and have somehow muddled through.

The names were just an example, no real offense intended.
