Something to lighten the mood

When I did the web search, I got conflicting answers. I may as well just say them because there is bound to be questions or disagreements.
Outside of Alaska, the three I have are:
1. Wash,Ore/Cal - aka the Cascadia
2. Missouri - New Madrid
3. South Carolina - Charleston

New Madrid has the potential to be a really big one in the future.

7.9 Feb. 7, 1812, New Madrid, Missouri

7.9 Jan. 9, 1857, Fort Tejon, California

7.9 April 3, 1868, Ka'u District, Island of Hawaii

See? I told you there was a possibility of disagreement. I am beginning to wonder what is actually meant by biggest.
Greatest on the Richter scale? - Just a number.
Greatest amount of earth movement/displacement? - dependant on depth and type of quake
Greatest damage? - Seems reasonable.
Not sure but the ones I gave were from a YouTube video so I know for sure they're true.

Ahh.... it's time like these when I thank my lucky stars that the moderator is Canadian.
As a fellow Canadian, I too am glad our moderator is Canadian.
I know it's a tough job and sometimes he has to take their bacon away.
But I rest assured that knowing that he will never take the Canadian Bacon away... it's just too yummy!

Just had an engineer flag me down, to explain that the thing we disagreed about, he now believes I was correct.

He found a YouTube video that went into detail about ...yada yada...and yes, I was correct, he was wrong...

Sigh...the YouTube video explanation actually had nothing to do with the actual physics of the problem.

I just said thank you and moved on.

My takeaway.... He trusted a YouTube video more than someone with 40 years experience...

If this is the new world train, I want off at the next station..
