I like that tweeter🙂
Solid performer, I was using it until very end of passive systems fascination. Legend of those Peerless drivers from previous era, one of the best soft-dome tweeters ever made. Yes, it is still the same Peerless HDS P810921. 🙂

It was sort of implied that there is a reason to use another tweeter when you stopped using passive crossovers since you also said it is one of the best soft domes ever made.
Bad semantics, I'm sorry. Every driver which is good in passive system will be also good in active system. This assumption often does not work in reverse.
many seems to like this tweeter, but i do not. it has to much dispersion me think, it sounded bright and i had much trouble to tame the response up to 8khz, i gave up and choosed a s-s ring radiator insteed, much better

Is it possible to add the results for the Seas 27TBCD/GB-DXT to the list of driver measurements?
HiFiCompass already tested the tweeter (he included a link earlier in this thread) but the page with all the tested drivers does not include this tweeter.
Oops... Have fixed it🙂

Also, may we see the SB Acoustics SB65WBAC25-4 as an upcoming driver for measurement?
Not for a while...🙁

Thanks, they know how to make good drivers. In SB, even plastic can be good. 😉

IMHO this midwoofer (the SB15MFC30-4) and the larger SB17MFC30 version are well executed poly cone drivers that can be purchased for a reasonable price. Not top of class in any one category, but good performance overall and easy to use (I use the SB17MFC30 as a nude dipole midrange).
BTW, thanks for continuing to publish your measurements. It's a luxury for DIYers to have access to a consistent set of data for a wide range of drivers! Kudos.
