Slewmaster - CFA vs. VFA "Rumble"

I hope it was alright that I took the liberty of posting the files in PDF.

Cool , man ...

I notice the PDF conversion "smooths" the slight jagged edges of
the bitmap.
compressing (the bmp) , makes for anti-alias'ing.

(better) in PDF.

actually printing it on my HP was PERFECT , not one jagged edge (looked
"godlike") .😀
PS- here's the monster !! (copper is fine) ... screen labeling is unfinished.

Y'all realize , in a 250mm (10") PCB , I could get 6 pairs for this OPS !

Same performance , more power.

I calculated that about 8 pairs OP/2R would finally approach the SOA of a single
pair of NJWxxxx drivers running at 75V. 😱
This is real , not "best case" !! (not a "toy" , either)

I'm thinking when all the layout is fully completed I'd like to prep files for a small run from a board house. When you have all layers ready could you post the fully updated Sprint files? I'll export the gerbers and excellon and get some fabricated. I'm waiting to see what the boards for my last iteration of the VSSA come back like. If they look good I'll have the same company quote the Slewmaster job.

That would not be a "gamble" either. Both the Slew master/monster are the
H/K 680 OPS "in the flesh" .... the only "tweak" that I foresee would be
the use of the NJWxxxx drivers. H/K uses 2sc4793/2sa1837.
The secondary vbe might have to be tweaked to thermally offset
the larger/ lower hfe drivers (resistor value ratio change).

The H/K will stay 1mv Re from -0C to 40C - the most stable EF3 Vbe
I have EVER seen !

Also , whatever IPS I splice onto it ... max performance (PPM everytime).
