Got LT Spice to install by disabling the user controls while it installed. It did have a problem installing the opamp library so that is another thing to figure out but I did get the basic program installed. I thought it installed but I am only seeing the example files and no LTSpice program under the program files? This is a pita to say the least.
Nice work Ostripper. you are truly amazing in your speed to produce these circuit layouts.

Pic one, track from out to output transistors emitters resistors not connected
Thanks 😱 , that's a big one - no sound ?? 😀

So include the complementary spectrum analyzer too Please.
It always helps to have the RIGHT equipment to do the job RIGHT😀
Ok. Done. Got four of those spectrum analyzers [ got you covered from 10Hz to 6Ghz]
Anything else I will need to test your amp designs with?

You have the "normal people" M$ OS. I keep forgetting.
I can add manually , but my hack W7 already has right click admin controls
and "looser" security for me.
In fact , even as 32 bit - extended address allows 128G ram (russian kernel hack-8G installed) .... also a small footprint (2.3G full OS install -W7).
There are registry entries that will give right click admin control - very
handy indeed.
LT needs to get on the W7/8 "bandwagon" , (digitally signed/elevate.dll-exe).

Ostripper,
I could do a Linux install and probably have less problems running under Wine than I am having trying to get this program to run under a paid for version of Win7 Pro. What a pain. I turned off the security and it just doesn't want to complete. I'll let my brother see if he can figure this out, I am at a loss at this point. It doesn't help that I have all this HP bloatware on this computer, I think it is time to reconfigure this machine.
Richard,
With all that equipment that is why I thought you would have wanted to get those speakers working, something you could have in your lab and listen to the changes you are making to a circuit.

I would not want to steer you toward the "dark side" .... but install
a torrent client and search for a modified W7 ISO. Read the "dark side
reviews" (piratebay) for that ISO (burn yer' DVD) , install. My russian one is great "lite" like XP
but more hardened as W7 is. I am paranoid , monitored TCPIP to see if
the OS was a "bot" (it is not!) had it for a year now. AWESOME !
OEM "bloatware" is akin to "spyware" on Dell, gateway ... Toshiba OEM
is the best with minimal B$ installed. (I fix PC's , BTW) .. on the
"dark side" 😀 ...

"Real time" LIVE !! design to layout . Time to "rock and roll " 😀
(Below 1-2) are the "victims" 😀 , one CFA (vssa) and the VFA (symasui).
(Below 3) is the "blank" for the VSSA. 76.2mm square .. with the interface
and primary decoupling/lifted ground.
VAS is the standard to-126 2sa/sc simple two device setup. Both are thermally coupled to a 25 X 60mm sheet AL HS.
The other "players" for this CFA are the 2 red LED CCS's which are arranged
symmetrically near the rails on either side of the central CFA pair.
I will show the placement and the "why" ? for that placement when I
get to the Zener/decoupling capacitor stage.
The CF network will be left ample room in a low Z area of the IPS boardspace.
Input filter/main input cap will be "distanced" from any high level signal/PS.
I'll do CFA-X first and "symasui" next. With a couple glasses of Argentine
merlot ... yumm .

It's Saturday ...
(The Doors on a Badger- amp that is
)
PS - nice to have a "system" .... Amp of the week , anyone ??

the sheer amount of work you put out is surely incredible! So thumbs up, I am following this eagerly awaiting for news!!!!
All the best from Portugal!
All the best from Portugal!
VAS is done.
Flipped the positive to-126 to the opposite side of the VAS HS to
have emitters facing the rails.
(why ?) no jumpers, straight traces to PD+/ND-... total symmetric layout.
Bases to VAS are open to be connected to collectors of the CF pair. 😎
PS - this IPS should be SMD'ed .... 35mm square IPS -
plug it in like a memory card. 😀
Oh , how simple (for a near PPM amp).

Thank you , friend ... I like Portugal (where is my cork oak ... shortage ??)
My wine has a "fake it" plastic cork , are the cork oaks hurting ? 😀
Many tips when I get to the feedback/compensation stage (next).
This IPS will DAZZLE (it simulates brilliantly) . But , it's simple ...
nothing to brag about 🙄 .

I've seen it even here (nasty little things aren't they), AFAIK the "sobreiros" ->cork oaks are well (they are indeed a protected species around here) and a great source of export income, so finish those boards, give me your address and I'll fetch you a stash 😀😀

Cdom (miller)
Keep it close ...
The two silver mica's (33pF - circled below) are all that keeps the
"magic smoke in".
They like to "loiter" VERY close to the active devices (VAS semi's).
Especially , if you want 300V/us slew with 22pF comp. A long trace
here can disrupt this perfection. Same with OP basestoppers -
as close to the active device as possible.
PS- on OEM's ... Cdom is "side by side" (right next to) the associated
active device.
This IPS can do 400V/us + with 22p/lower R in the FB network ,running
the OPS hotter (reduced re) .
I want to lay it out to allow slewaddicts to "get off" 😀 ...

last installment ...
I reached my 12v Zener regulated portion of the circuit. As I go
along , empty space is filled by what I have already routed (below).
Now , most of the VAS/comp is below the VAS heatsink. Above is ALL input pair/
CCS/filter ( All 12v powered ) ...
A complete separation of high amplitude from low.
Where the CF (current feedback) enters the IPS , I will just allow "real estate" (space) to insulate
sensitive areas (IP pair) from the onslaught of the full OPS FB signal.

IPS like VSSA may be best for being simple. But when I drive it with +-63V and 2 Ohm (3EF can drive 2 Ohm with relative low distortion 😎), the input transistor can have 420mW peak 😱.
With cascode input transistor, it can share dissipation also make distortion reduce a bit, but voltage noise increase.
I need more sim to find "elegant" solution to keep input transistor cool.

Or , find a more robust input pair.
2sb647 / 2sd667 are to-92L ... the "big boys"... 1A/1W+ 120V Vce/20pf Cob
These could handle any CFA HD feedback with ease.
Don't let small devices hold back the "SLEW"
