Thank you for the pictures!
Looks like the foam is on the sides, tops and bottoms...nothing on the back panel.
I will weight the fill for 50 grams each as suggested in the docs.
Just need the cabinets to start!
Thanks again!
Much Appreciated.
I would like info on the Havard crossover, might try this in the future.

Completed my A26's yesterday.

One word: Excellent.
Wonderful acoustic jazz speakers, placed on 24" stands, damped with sand.
The mids and highs are exceptional here..
Holly Cole, Kasia Lins, Doreen Smith...ah just marvelous.
Tonality of strings are superb, really stunning for such a small package.
IMO. Old school, 1969 all over again!! LOL!
Best Birthday gift ever!

How big of a Sub-enclosure would you give the Alpair 5?If you really want to push it how about something like Alpair 5.2/3 or Fostex FF85wk and a REALLY low XO? That is a drawing only partially completed.

I’d personally do a heavily tapered TL out the back. Stuffed till aperiodic.
If sealed, i’d give it 2-2,5 litres, but you could go smaller. Q 0.707 — it can be used as 2 poles of a HiPass filter at the F(-3)-- or even smaller if the XO is higher
I like low pressure and as little internal reflection back thru the cone.

This is the serial crossover Håvard sent to me and kindly allowed me to share with the DIY community.
See below for his comments in pure unadulterated Norwegian bokmål:
It will only work as intended with the Seas tweet as per the schematic.

And for those lacking in Norwegian:
Here is an example of a series filter I simulated for the A26 in its day. Never physically tested, but seems to work well. Can put 1uF in parallel with R1 to lift the top octave, but then I would also increase R1 to 10ohm. C1 can be adjusted to change the level slightly around 2-4kHz.

Sold my A26s a few years ago (went head-fi) but I fully agree with that choice of genre. They are superb for jazz. Enjoy your build!Completed my A26's yesterday.

Thank you Airvoid, I thought as much. Are there any schematics floating around for the Seas A26 / Morel 378 combo? I’m still undecided on enclosure size and type but considering something in the 60 L region.
Note that that onw will date out once i start working on it again. The original link will be updated, the above will not.

Another tweeter candidate could be the BlieSMa T34A with very similar specs to the the Seas T35N. In Europe you can get them in matched pairs for less then the Seas. BlieSMa really looks like a they know what they are doing. Interesting product range…
I've been using this crossover as specified since I put it into my system some months ago. With some sources and amplifiers, the treble is a little hot. I haven't experimented with a padding resistor on the tweeter.View attachment 1222563

Yes, having tried both it’s certainly toned differently than your filter.
I plan to take the Håvard filter to Håvard at Seas and do a quick 0-90 horisontal Klippel measurment for fine tuning later this month so we can see what’s going on.

As promised above here is a snippet of the Klippel measurments of our A35 speaker taken at Seas r&d lab facilities.
Please note that this is at 15 degrees as we tuned the speaker to be pretty flat to the wall so 0deg has a slightly rising response.
The extremely simple serial filter presents a benign load that most amps should cope well with, and distortion is kept at a low 0,3% in the midrange - rising to about 1,3% in the mid-bass/bass. Also, for those of you onteresred, the effect of the aperiodic tuning is clearly seen.
