I started looking for the component SARA2016.
I can't find where I can buy a 2N5401, that can be replaced.
Instead of 2SA1837 / 2SC4793 TME offers analogues NTE2647 / NTE2648, i found more or less everything.

NTE transistors are more expensive but are excellent. For 2n5401/2n5551 you can use NTE288/NTE287 or you can try at Farnell Global

I have more questions. Preferably, 2N5551TA - onsemi, 2N5401 - MULTICOMP PRO, (2N5401G - MULTICOMP - i found this at a local dealer) or single manufacturer NTE288 / NTE287. Will there be good compatibility between different manufacturers.

I want to ask what advice would you give the soft recovery diodes on the PSU if they would
VS-EPU6006-N3, can you advise others?
What power 1R or 2W will power.

You can choose 680nF instead of 1uF.
VS-EPU6006-N3 is a very good diode, go for it.
Any SMD diode with 200v or more Vr and few amps vill be very good. If will be a quickly one, will be better.

You have a lot of choices. You can put an ordinary rectifier bridge or schottky diodes, or soft recovery diodes or ultra-fast diodes or, why not SiC diodes. After that, you can put a tuned snubber.
