Same outputs shorting each time

re check the driver board and found mpsa42 transistor off range....any suggestions?

Okay, time to close this thread. Customer wants to pick the amp up. I put it back together. Never did find out why the low drive was doing what it was doing. I guess it will remain a mystery. Thanks to those who tried to help.
