Salas, does this shunt regulator to support 90V-110V? using this for the 2SK79 SIT phono preamp that base on your folder simplistic phono stage.
very difficult for me to find suitable Q2,Q3 and BJTs.
try to find in mouser. NJVMJDj0TgG CBO seems enough, but the HFE is not same.
do we need change the pf5102?

how about MMBT5551L ?

CRDs are to substitute the PF5102s in the 65V max proposal. Because they can handle 100V. In general it takes practical experimentation with higher voltage parts to try successfully scale UBiB much higher up. Phase margin can radically change etc.
You could adapt SSHV2 much easier for around 100V output. By just scaling down its two reference resistors across the bases of its cascode transistors.

yeah,I have the sshv2 board .you mean the R9 and R10 right

It has worked before. There should be some problem if not. It's only a matter of how much current the SSHV2's JFET CCS is trimmed giving to a certain total value Ref resistors. DC I to V converter.
thank you very much and will try it tomorrow day time and feedback. It has worked before. There should be some problem if not. It's only a matter of how much current the SSHV2's JFET CCS is trimmed giving to a certain total value Ref resistors. DC I to V converter.
I remember the the DN2540 will charge about over 30V
for 2sk79 phono.it charge only 20ma or less total of two channel.I saw you write the 20-140maMaybe that phono asks more current than the SSHV2 can provide?
