Thanks! It's relay control via rotary encoder. So, there is volume control and a preamp/headphone switch + connector for a programmable led strip to indicate volume level.Congratulations for final successYou are welcome.
What is the USB connected board? Logic and remote control receiver/bluetooth?
As I do not have speaker setup, remote control was not a priority. I have a desk headphone setup only. But there is a room to program it in the future.

Yes, exactlyESP32 microcontroller. Relay control, in/out etc?
Maybe in the future. Programming is not my stronger side, but I have a work colleague who is a software developer and can do it in no timeHe probably plans to network it for control from smartphone 😉
Yes, a 6 bit 64 step attenuator. 20k constant input resistance type.Looks like a rotary encoder even. Probably relay controlled stepped attenuation then as well
The relay board has also two pairs of RZJ integrated, selectable via jumers

ESPHome is a YAML scriptable very easy way of controlling I/O of an ESP32 for example. Input select would be like a couple of lines of code. Rotary encoder would be more lines but it’s effectively just more input choices, not more complex code
To the product, or did you manufacture the PCB yourself? You want a board project file?

I designed all of the PCBs myself. I work as an embedded hardware engineer so all tools are available for me. Here are the project files for MCU and relay boards. To the product, or did you manufacture the PCB yourself?
I am one of those guys who are too excited when PCB design software gets an update 😀

No problem. Let me know if you need anything else. Keep in mind that resistor values might differ from those that are on the board. I was a bit lazy to update them. You are the man
Are you using a dedicated streamer/dac unit as music source or a computer with audio software and a dac? What headphones you use?I have a desk headphone setup only.
Sexy build. Love it!
Now it is ready for a production line build.
Who is investing?

I am using a computer with tidal and a dac.Are you using a dedicated streamer/dac unit as music source or a computer with audio software and a dac? What headphones you use?
Dac is a NOS, galvanically isolated, with onboard reclocking, 4 paralleled dac outputs per channel, with output transformer, separated analog and digital supply.
Headphones are Sennheiser HD 560S

Nice work. What circuit is your previous HP amp? Pictured under the NOS BB PCM1794X4 DAC?
The HD 560S although its not the most refined Sennheiser, mainly because lower priced, it nonetheless offers neutral response to a degree not at all usual in headphones. Good choice.

Thanks! Above pictures are only of a dac. The previous amp was custom Kevin Gilmore's dynalo amp with better power supply and few minor tweaks. http://www.pavouk.org/hw/dynalo/en_index.html
At the time, my budget allowed only HD560S. They not the bassiest ones when compared to others, but with DCG3 they slam very hard. Eq profile from autoeq.com is applied in equalizer apo, the one tuned for my headphones.
I am actively thinking of buying a better ones, but I need to talk to my wife first😎
