Two 47nf for C15,16
One100nf SMD for C23
Latter two 1nf/500v soldered in position of C3,9 as this is a two channel amplifier.
Then the backplane board was tested alone.
15V d.c from a bench power supply attached at the 12-15v a.c terminal.
Instead of the mcu control signal ,a 5V d.c applied at mute terminal and the relay click heard together with the lighting of LED2.

those large electrolytic caps are not going to last long mounted on top of the output devices.
the top of the output transistor can be more then 20C hotter then the heatsink itself as the heat is generated is the die

under load, the tops of the transistors are to hot to touch while the heatsink is around 45 to 50C. I mounted the vbe multiplier on top of the IRFP9240 for each channel.

I have only a few degree difference from top of transistor versus heatsink directly near transistor. Maybe you are using the wrong isolation washers ...
Very interesting variant. The laser is able to remove the black anodizing?
Do you have more information about the used laser machine?

About the machine,i will post the type when i phone to my friend.
I can post a photo when i visit him for the final work.
It is something like this.
Another friend will be able to do the metal cutting using a cnc machine.

This problem, lettering on black rear panel was solved, but lettering on the unpainted front panel is another big problem😕Trying to solve the lettering problem.
I hope that is ok,my good friend's laser do the job well!
Just my logo in the inner face of the rear panel.😉

Reanodizing front panel in black?
Or asking your CNC friend engraving the front panel. you could use "frontdesign" and export a dxf file for import to CNC software.
Sending my modu front panel to schaeffer-ag and let them do the engraving including coloring was below 100 EUR...

Good to know that one could use a cnc laser to remove the anodizing color.
Congrats!
Moreover, this is a rather rugged, undestroyable 'printing', too!
Best regards!
Yes this is correct! Moreover, this is a rather rugged, undestroyable 'printing', too!
Best regards!
This lettering will be never affected.
Not the finest but is immortal.😉
