Any signal on pins 1 or 7 of U3?

I see a distorted square wave on center condudutor of rca jacks and I get the same square wave on pins 1,7 of U3

Short the center conductor to the shield. Do you still have the square wave on U1, pin 7??

Yes but if I short center conductor on rca jacks on pins 1ans 7 the signal changes the square wave changes more to a triangle wave

The problem could be a defective U3 or a component connected to it. I'd suggest replacing it.

On U3, bridge pins 1-2 and 6-7. Do you still see the 7k signal?

No was using my meter I’ll check with the scope

How did you tell that the waveform changed to a triangle or distorted square wave in previous poats?

I used the scope when checking the signal . After replacing U3 I also checked with a scope.
After shorting the pins on U3 I looked at it with my meter and the 7k remained

I don't understand where the 7k signal is coming from.

What's the amplitude on the scope?

Waveform and point where waveform was taken?
