Ok I still have a problem .
Measured directly across R25 I get 11.38 volts

I didn’t reinstall them until I replaced the caps with 10uf caps
I will take them back out of circuit

Across both R16 and R25 I still get 20 volts measured directly across them

I’m just gonna resolver the resistors back in circuit put the amp back together and return it to its owner unfixed .
Since over 100 posts later the amp still has the same issue . Nothing has changed from post 1

I’m just frustrated with the amp I still have issues with the regulator circuit after many hours and many new parts the amp still has the same issue which I will never recoup my money nor my time the amp is not worth it
