If you have 14v on R238, you should have 14v on the collector of Q209. If that's so, the voltage on the base of Q212 should be 14v. That would mean that you'd have about 13v across R248. Is R248 overheating?

R238 reads: 0.00 vdc you had me check that on the previous page.So there is not 14V across R238.The only thing still out of circuit is D202.The collector of Q209 does not have 14v.The base of 212 (a06) does not have 14v R248 reads 0.00 vdc and is within tolerance.
