the kadaver live recording from 26.12.2020 was great:

A few of my favorite albums that I may misguidedly consider Rock:
Rage Against The Machine- The Battle of Los Angeles
Nine Inch Nails-Pretty Hate Machine
The Cult-Sonic Temple
Radiohead- OK Computer
Ned’s Atomic Dustbin-God Fodder
On second thought...Dustbin probably follows more in the punk vein...

Interesting to see NIN as a rock band in particular 'my pretty hate machine'... hehe i will list a lot of industrial's band if this is considered as rock. 😀
My all time favorite ( with W.S. Burrough playing with a gun as guest star!):
Ministry - Just One Fix (Official Music Video) - YouTube
Crazy junkies! 😀

Your right...I’m bad with labels and catagories...hence “misguided”...album does “Rock” though 😉
I agree for me this is rock too but... not sure everyone will agree.
Anyway
Another one just for the pleasure to have Unkle Al in a ( unforgetable!) cover of Rod Stewart :

Interesting how bands at a time were widely accepted as Metal, got sent a rung down on the ladder. Labelled 'rock'.
I can agree on something. Heavier music got a lot heaving. It might of came when scream became popularized.
Here is an easy pick The Rolling Stones - Sympathy For The Devil (Official Lyric Video) - YouTube

Jon Spencer has produced a lot of stuff - some good mostly bad IMHO.
But when he's good he's excellent.

I'm half way through Ozzy and Jack's world detour series. He's musically gifted and a very funny guy 😎 (Re Cuba lol)

The vocalist in Zvuki Mu sort of reminds me of Buddy Holly Buddy Holly & The Crickets* - Oh Boy - YouTube His styles. Hes even got the pigeon toe'd thing down.
That brings to classics
