3D print a 50 Hz pulley in Nylon or Acetal...quick and cheap.
Only the lock will need drill and tap, for the grub screw.
And use a step down transformer.
Should work.

Hi, If you use a grub screw lock to fix the pulley, It will result in runout. You need to drill the center hole 0.1mm smaller than the shaft, Then heat the pulley in just off boiling water & push on.
Benn there, done that

The original pulley uses 3 grub screws.

That's even worse!! Unless the pulley hole is very, very actuarially machined.
