I find the composite curve method quite cumbersome, the method Rongon uses in post 59 tells you all you need to know, bearing in mind that the actual load line will be a curve asymptotic to the blue (class B) and red (class A) lines, also to the x -axis to the right of the class A line. The various other lines in the previous posts are obviously not load lines, nor were they meant to be, rather describing different areas of the Va Ia curves.

The old standard texts have that info, yes. RCA Tube Manual, RDH4, Crowhurst on Load Lines, etc.
Over time, I forget the details of how to form a push-pull Class AB load line, so I go back to Merlin Blencowe's Valve Wizard website for a refresher every now and then. Merlin has a way of explaining things that's very clear to me.
