yes the values of the resistor and capacitor are good. resistor is 18kohms and capacitor is 1nf.
voltage on pin 4 is zero.
i removed the gate drivers as well.
going to start from scratch. but i am not getting good 50percent duty cycle.
First with no fets and no rectifiers. The pnp driver is getting hot. And 494 frequency is 65khz at base of pnp. I removed 2 diodes which were beside pnp. Also removed 2 diodes besides another pnp driver.
Now pnp running cool with 35khz frequency on pnp base.
