use double sisded pcb you will need 81 x 200 for 300 W including all protections and balanced input

Last night i tested my n mos 400,600, irfp450,
with the 30-0-30 traffo, but the out put is very very low, can u help me out? pls give me a suggestion

The Output offset when the input is shorted to signal ground?

The output noise voltage when the input is shorted to signal ground?

engel dela pena: When I draw my PCB for NMOS, I do not have read about Baxandall correction – now I use this diode in other my project (UNI_50_Q)…

D1,2 and ZD2,3 are protection diodes for MOSFETs

THIS is sister from Quasi NMOS AMP, I dont have build this circuit

Hi Sandeep, You should not run this amp on such low voltage rails. If you must then R7 needs to be replaced with a lower value resistor, try 4.7k. This will ensure the first stage constant current source works properly.

Remember to restore the original value if you choose higher rails >60v.

what happened with NMOS MKII under development ?

Do you have finished final design with symmetrical clipping included cascoded second stage ?


I have build NMOS MKII under development and it works fine,... but have replace string of 3 1n4148 with 1 Amber LED

Hello have a problem with NMOS300/500

- amplifier has a little quiet noise without Input signal from tweeters

- and if I do connect Input to ground the same quiet noise comes out from tweeters

I can hear it 4 meters far away from spaekers

does somebody have similar experience or a solution ?
