I think it depends on how old you are. Over 60 and Alnico is definitely the way. Under 60 and ceramic is what you need. If you are under 40 than likely you are going to need neo magnets for the long haul.

is it possible to use as c1/2/3 100n cap or is 220n inevitable?
Will there be a benefit if the LDR´s will be fitted in casting
compound like beeswax or something different?

which C1, C2 , C3 ?
on PCB_01 C1 is anything from 1-4,7mF ,C2 is anything from 100nF up to 1uF , C3 same as C2

In that case, use 2x100nf. You get rid of your overstock and are still working according ZM's plan
